Bed and Bale

There is ample room for your horses too, and there are miles of trails to explore in our area.

For your use we offer:

• small open ended barn
• 1.25 acre grass paddock
• 3 -12x12 boxstalls
• 50' roundpen
• hay available (extra fee)

• Reservations require a 50% deposit
• Balance plus Damage and Cleaning Deposit) payable on arrival.
• We only accept Cash, Certified or Traveller's Cheques.
• Check-in after 4:00 pm
• Check-out 11:00 am

Rates

• 1 night $250.00
• 2 - 6 nights at $185.00 per night
• 7 nights or more $175.00 per night)
• Rates are in Canadian funds and do not include GST. 
• GST is refundable to Non-Canadian Visitors upon application by mail.
• Damage Deposit: $400.00
  Payable at check-in and refunded by mail (if applicable) within 7 days of check-out.
• Cleaning Deposit: $ 75.00
  Payable at check-in and refunded by mail if house is reasonably clean at check-out.
• Horses $15. per horse per night (hay is extra)

Cancellation Policy

• 14 day advance cancellation notice required for deposit refund, less $100. admin fee. 
• Cancellations made with less than 14 days notice forfeit deposit.
• Date changes are only possible based upon availablity.
• No refunds will be made for unused days or early departures.
